Here is a body fat % chart...
Not sure if you'll be able to see this chart but apparently I fall into the OVERFAT category. How encouraging!
Okay, I am new to the contest this year. I just looked at the body fat chart and according to my weigh in I am only 2% of body fat away from being obese!!!!!!!!! What the heck - I mean I know I need to lose weight, but please... Deb
