- Your weigh out date is AT MOST eight weeks from your weigh in date. You can weigh out earlier if you want to but not any later.
- The time of day that you weigh out must match the time of day you weighed in at. This is an attempt to minimize the weight/fat fluctuations that seem to occur over the course of a day.
- The weigh out must be done on the three official scales that were used for the weigh in.
- Your weigh out must be witnessed by someone else in the competition.
- Anyone who is not able to properly weigh out will be considered to still be at their weigh in levels (i.e. overall fat loss of zero).

Zelia -- Sunday, July 22 at 7:40pm
If you know you cannot weigh out at the correct time on your final day, you must weigh out on an earlier day at the correct time.
